Cylix at SC26 Chicago: Enterprise AI Infrastructure, Innovation & Insights

Wednesday, October 14, 2026

Cylix Applied Intelligence is heading to SC26 in Chicago this coming November to meet with the global high-performance computing (HPC) community and talk about one of the greatest challenges in enterprise AI today: scaling workloads without losing control of infrastructure and operating expenses.

The SC26 Supercomputing Conference will be held November 15-20, 2026, at McCormick Place in Chicago, and it brings together industry leaders, researchers, and technology experts working in high-performance computing, AI, networking, and storage.

We will be at the show Nov. 17-19, and we will be at Booth #1429 on Tuesday with our partner Hitachi Vantara for a coffee bar activation and presentation on the tokenomics of enterprise AI.

Join Cylix at the Hitachi Vantara Booth for Coffee and Conversation.

On Tuesday, November 17, we’ll be at the Hitachi Vantara booth for a special coffee bar activation. So make sure to stop by, grab a coffee, and meet our team for a conversation about the infrastructure challenges shaping enterprise AI!

From GPU performance and infrastructure efficiency to the rising costs of AI workloads, we’re excited to exchange ideas with organizations preparing to bring more AI applications into production.

Following the coffee activation, we’ll deliver a presentation examining what it really costs to operate enterprise AI at scale.

Tuesday at 3 PM: Tokenomics: The Real Cost of Enterprise AI

  • Speaker: Shawn Ebbs, Chief Technology Officer, Cylix Applied Intelligence
  • Date: Tuesday, November 17, 2026
  • Time: 3:00 PM (Chicago local time)
  • Location: Hitachi Vantara, Booth #1429

As companies move from AI experimentation to production, the cost of running AI workloads becomes more important.

Token consumption is part of that equation, but the real cost goes beyond just using the model. Storage performance, data movement, network efficiency, and GPU utilization all affect the scalable ability of organizations to increase AI without increasing operating expenses.

Our Chief Technology Officer, Shawn Ebbs, will speak on the relationship between token economics and the infrastructure for enterprise AI.

The presentation will focus on how organizations can increase resource efficiency, eliminate infrastructure bottlenecks, and maximize the productive use of expensive GPU and storage resources. Shawn will also discuss how Hitachi infrastructure can help achieve these goals, enabling enterprises to manage costs and prepare for larger production workloads.

For technology leaders planning the next phase of AI adoption, the session addresses a critical question: What does enterprise AI really cost at scale?

Is Your Infrastructure Ready for AI?

AI workloads are growing bigger and bigger, and organizations need infrastructure that can handle the increasing demands on compute, storage, and networking without sacrificing performance or efficiency.

Poorly optimized environments can lead to wasted expensive computing resources, data bottlenecks, and increased costs of running AI applications.

Through our Enterprise Infrastructure Services, Cylix helps organizations overcome these challenges across compute, high-performance storage, networking, and hybrid environments.

We work with businesses to maximize the value of their technology investments, from capacity planning to infrastructure optimization, and design environments ready to support demanding production workloads.

Meet Our Team Throughout SC26

Our participation at SC26 extends beyond Tuesday’s scheduled activities at the Hitachi Vantara booth.

We will be attending the exhibition on November 17, 18, and 19, connecting with customers, partners, and technology leaders throughout the event.

Whether you’re planning a new AI infrastructure investment, expanding an existing HPC environment or looking to improve the efficiency of your current systems, we’d welcome the opportunity to discuss your priorities.

We’re happy to arrange meetings throughout the conference at a time and location that works for you.

To learn more about the conference, visit the official SC26 website.

Let’s Connect at SC26 Chicago.

We’re looking forward to joining Hitachi Vantara for coffee and a discussion on token economics and to connecting with the broader HPC and enterprise AI community throughout SC26.
